Quality assurance

For all employees of our company quality assurance is an interdisciplinary task. This is valid for the quality of all operational sequences, the quality of our products including the communicational relations between our customers, suppliers and employees.

This is a warrant for a faultless delivery of our goods to customers all around the world.

Our level of quality is assured by extensive quality control, the use of opto-electronic measuring equipment, in process-controls and a wide spreading spectrum of laboratory analysis.

Our quality control includes:

• inspection of incoming goods (raw material, packaging)
• measuring and optical in process controls on all of our production lines
• the use of high-tech measurement equipment (profile projector, 100% opto-electronic control of geometric parameters, cosmetic inspection and shard detection inside the cleanroom
• Measurement of Breaking forces by ampoules
• full-time quality control and control of outgoing goods through our QC-personnel

Our company is aspiring a Zero-Error production, which is supported by the consequent use of the actual defect evaluation lists.

All chemical controls of our products are made by experienced external accredited laboratories. For this reason we can guarantee reliable results on all tests. Our quality policy is supported by a nearly paperless Intranet based QM-System. This QM - System is annual audited and certified according DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
